Tarsha is a qualified remedial massage therapist and myotherapist with over 15 years’ experience living and working in ski resorts across Canada, Japan and Australia. Now based in Falls Creek, her passion for snowboarding, mountain biking and movement-based health led her to study Human Movement, followed by qualifications in remedial massage and an advanced diploma in myotherapy. Tarsha uses a range of techniques including cupping, dry needling, joint mobilisation and myofascial release. Her treatments are personalised, with a strong focus on aftercare to keep you moving well year-round.

Kieren Mastrolembo is a physiotherapist originally from Canberra, with a passion for helping people recover from snow sports injuries and get back to doing what they love on the mountain. He takes a thoughtful, evidence-based approach to treatment, with a strong focus on supporting your recovery and long-term performance.
Kieren currently splits his time between the Snowy Mountains and the French Alps, where he works with Australia’s elite winter sports athletes during their international competition seasons. He’s also furthering his expertise by completing a Master of Sports Medicine through the University of Melbourne.
