With over 15 years of experience living and working in ski resorts across Canada, Japan, and Australia, Tarsha now calls Falls Creek home. With a love for snowboarding and mountain biking, she brings a deep understanding of active lifestyles and the importance of movement-based health. Her passion for fitness and wellbeing led her to complete a Bachelor of Applied Science in Human Movement, followed by a Remedial Massage qualification in 2020, which brought her to the team at Altitude Physio.
Since then, Tarsha has continued to grow her skill set, completing an Advanced Diploma in Myotherapy. This additional training allows her to offer specialised care using a wide range of techniques, including cupping, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, joint mobilisation, and dry needling.
Each session with Tarsha is tailored to support you in reaching your treatment goals. She places a strong emphasis on aftercare too, so you’ll leave with personalised advice—whether it’s stretching, strengthening, or mobility exercises—to help you get the most out of your session and keep you moving well, both on and off the slopes.
